Fall Semester 2021

Virtual Programming

Each week we will continue our virtual programming like usual: Storytimes on Saturdays at 10am and First Chapter Book Club on Fridays at 4pm.

Take Home Craft Packets

We’ll have take-home craft packets available bi-weekly, and a virtual instruction video released each Monday at 10am. Each take-home packet will include everything you need to create a DIY project.

Reading Logs

We now have year-round reading logs available! Participants can register for 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten (for babies and toddlers up to kindergarten age) or for our Reading Adventure (1st-5th Grade) by going to wclibrarytn.beanstack.org OR by picking up a reading log from our Jonesborough or Gray location. Logging will continue all year!

Drive-In Storytime

In addition to our virtual storytimes, we’ll also have Drive-In Storytime! You can check our Library Events calendar, this page, or our social media for updates about when this will be scheduled. So check back soon!

We will have two reading challenges this semester. Fall in Love with Reading taking place October 1st-8th, and our Winter Reading Challenge taking place December 3rd – January 3rd. Pick up a themed reading log or register on Beanstack to participate!

If you and your family are out and about this summer, check out our new Storywalk at our Jonesborough Library! The story will change periodically, so be sure to come back and visit the walk often!
