Library Reopening Plan as of May 5th, 2020

After discussion and coordination with other regional libraries, the Washington County Library will begin a phased reopening of the Jonesborough and Gray libraries.

This plan was developed with our desire to serve the citizens of Washington County as well as protect the health and safety of the community and library employees.

The Washington County Library will begin curbside pickup of books and other library materials starting Monday, June 01, 2020.

We will provide guidance on how curbside service will operate soon.

We have maintained all materials library patrons have put on hold from before we closed. Before June 01, we ask library patrons to review any materials they have placed on hold and cancel ones they no longer want. This can be done by logging into your online account or by calling (423)753-1800 or (423) 477-1550, Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm.

We will not be accepting book donations until further notice.

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, please check our library website at www.wclibrarytn.org or our social media pages for updates.
